Our goal for the ISV PartnerDirect Program is to a build a lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with the ISV community that is focused on helping customers simplify IT. To assist in this effort, we’ll provide you access to the latest technology resources and tools as well as marketing, sales, and technical support where applicable.

• Helping speed technology deployment and configuration
• Building simplicity and manageability into every product and solution
• Providing practical, flexible answers to customers’ IT challenges

• Dell “Registered Partner” Logo Usage
• Access to technical support through our Online Partner Community Forums
• Access to Dell Systems Management Toolkits and Integration Guides
• Opportunities for discounts to purchase Dell products
• Invitations to Dell ISV Partner events
• Subscription to ISV PartnerDirect Annual Newsletter
• Dell evaluation of requests for product certification

ISV Partners whose products have attained ISV Basic or ISV Advanced Certification status will be offered the following benefits in addition to those listed above for ISV Registered Partners:

• Dell “ISV Certified Partner” Logo Usage
• Technical integration support with Dell via email, phone, and/or live web conferences
• Access to non- generally available product roadmaps, technology, and technical support
• Remote access to Dell labs and options for loaner equipment for certification testing
• Business relationship with Dell that may include (but not limited to):
  • Resell certified software solution(s) though Dell
  • Resell certified software solution(s) through Dell Channel
  • Inclusion in Dell Systems Management and ISV Partner Program marketing campaigns
  • Inclusion in Dell Sales Training
  • Assignment of a Dell Technical Alliance Manager (TAM)
• Global listing of your company and certified product(s) information in the Dell ISV Partner Catalog on Dell.com

1. Complete the Registered Partner ISV Partner Program Application form.
2. Your application will be reviewed for compliance with basic business requirements and will either be accepted or declined within 5 Business Days from the time you submit your application.
3. After you have been accepted into the ISV Partner Program you will receive your login credentials and will be granted access to the Dell ISV PartnerDirect Portal and ISV Registered PartnerDirect Program logos and guidelines.
4. Within the PartnerDirect Portal you will also have access to ISV PartnerDirect Support Resources.
5. After assessing the capabilities of your software solution and Dell platform integration features and functionality, you may determine that your software solution is ready to qualify for ISV Basic or ISV Advanced Certification Logo status. You will have the opportunity to Request a Certification Review that will be performed by Dell technologists. Additional information about the "Request for a Certfication Review" process is provided to Registered ISV Partners post-login to PartnerDirect portal.

As an ISV Registered Partner you can utilize the documentation, support services, and Community Forum resources in PartnerDirect to expand your expertise in Dell technology. Dell offers two levels of ISV Partner Program Certification: ISV Basic Certification and ISV Advanced Certification. Partners are invited into the certification program based upon customer demand and an established business relationship with Dell, as well as achieving integration specifications within your software solution(s). We are currently accepting requests for certification within the following areas:

• Systems Management: Dell Server Deployment
• Systems Management: Dell Server Monitoring
• Systems Management: Dell Server Update
• Systems Management: Dell Business Client Monitoring
• Systems Management: Dell Business Client Update

We are planning to expand our Toolkit offerings to enable certification in additional areas of software and hardware integration. ISV Partners who would like to work with Dell on systems management solutions beyond those listed above are also encouraged to pursue ISV Certification. Examples of additional areas where Dell platforms can be highly utilized in ISV Partner solutions are:

• Power and Cooling Management
• Virtualization Management
• Storage and Data Management
• Networking Management
• Security Management
• Application Management and Performance Monitoring

As a Registered member of our ISV PartnerDirect Program you will have access to extensive technical support including Dell toolkits, documentation, and several technical support community forums. ISV Certified Partners will also have access to technical integration support with Dell via email, phone, and/or live web conferences.
